Overall good

Fittings were high quality, done quickly and at a fair price. The carpenters were friendly, skilled and everything in this sense was brilliant. The only letdown was the foul attitude of the receptionists I conversed with on a number of occasions. Each time it was sarcasm, passive agression and generally very poor customer service, unnecessary really. Really shame that the great job by the carpenters is somewhat ruined by that, overall good though.
